If you are having problems with your wood flooring it could be the result of poor installation or manufacturer defects. You may want to have an independent third party opinion if a problem exists and if so, what the potential causes are.
Wall To Wall offers a NWFA certified hardwood flooring inspection service.
What you can expect from Wall To Wall?
- Obtain a chronological history of the flooring installation
- Preform an on site inspection
- Preform and record field test results
- List detailed observations of the problem areas
- Photograph areas of concern
- Collect samples for lab testing, if applicable
The Wall To Wall professional will also prepare a report providing:
- Claim History
- Job site description
- Product description
- Description of complaint/problem
- Field and/or lab test results
- Applicable industry and/or manufacturer standards
- Conclusion based on collected data and field tests
- Identification of responsible party
